1. What are the available modes of payment on your store? We accept Pay Now, Bank Transfers, Credit Cards or Paypal. Do note that you do not require a paypal account to make payment with your credit card. For Pay Now/Bank transfers, kindly screenshot a copy of payment made either to our email address at thezakkastore@gmail.com or whatsapp/facebook messenger us before we send your package out in the next 48 hours! 2. How do I know if my order has been checked out successfully? We will drop you an email/SMS/Whatsapp upon receiving your payment and order to confirm the delivery address & timing to deliver. 3. How do I keep track of my package shipping progress? We provide courier delivery to your doorstep via our in house courier team. You will be contacted via email/WhatsApp/SMS after we have received your order. Alternatively, you can opt for self collect at Northpoint/Yishun MRT/Khatib MRT at check out; available all weekdays & weekends 11am to 9pm. 4. What is your exchange/refund policy? All sales are final. Should you have any issues with the product, please contact us directly at thezakkastore@gmail.com within 3 days upon receiving your purchase. We will review the conditions of your issue and from there decide on whether we will be able to issue an exchange/refund. Should there be an exchange/refund approved, do note that you will have to bear the costs of return shipment back to us via registered mail. Once we have received it, we will reimburse you accordingly. Please be assured that our products are in good condition and we have them wrapped well prior to shipping out. Please take note that we will not be responsible in the event that items are being damaged during shipping. 5. Do you ship internationally? No, we only deliver domestically at the moment in Singapore. Please email us directly for international shipping. Thank you. 6. How can I contact you? The collection of your personal information is only used to process your order and will never be shared with other third parties. The Zakka Store will never sell, rent or disclose this information to any other third parties. Your credit card information is secure at all times. You will not be contacted with promotions or announcements unless you have opted in to our updates at the check-out page.
